PROJECT MANAGER
Scope of Project:
The project intends to construct new facilities to give sufficient support of the Tangguh LNG people mobilization. The scope is mainly marine structure & building work.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Ensuring during construction process on site that every in general circumstances is comply to Health Safety and Environment standard code and regulation.
- Manage, supervise and control sub-contractors performance to accelerate the works progress in any phase.
- Maintain and provides performance reports, progress reports, etc.
- Coordinate all equipment (especially heavy equipment) that being applied can meet mechanical performance, as requested and recommend additional equipment to increase work quantity and speedily of the progress.
General Requirement:
- At least Bachelor of Civil Marine Engineering
- At least 10 years applicable experience in Marine Work of oil & gas industry.
- Good knowledge in Computer; such as MS. Office and MS. Project
- Have excellent skills in planning, managing EPC strategy, and execution of the work.
- Have excellent HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standard applicable to all work
- Have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skill.
- Have knowledge in the use of the computer programs application such as MS. Word, Auto Cad and related software with design and analysis.
- Have a strong leadership.
- Good in English, both in oral and writing
- High analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Preferred hold Professional Project Management certification from Indonesian or International Institution.
- Available to join immediately
- Applicant must be willing to work on site in Papua – Irian Jaya

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Scope of Project:
Company is conducting civil engineering construction works for new facilities to give sufficient support of the Tangguh LNG people mobilization.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Assign and coordinate with all sub-contractors in performing Mechanical and Electrical works.
- Provide technical direction to the electrical drafter, engineering and construction division.
- Proposed work estimate for mechanical and electrical package.
- Interface with civil and structural engineering in performing job inspection regularly.
- Review all mechanical and electrical Shop drawing and all mechanical and electrical material prior submission.
General Requirement:
- At least Bachelor or Academic Degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 8 years experience as Electrical & Mechanical Engineer in oil & gas industry.
- Good knowledge in Computer; such as MS. Office and MS. Project
- Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project.
- Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly.
- Good in English, both in oral and writing
- High analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Available to join immediately

PROJECT ENGINEER
Scope of Project:

Duties and Responsibility:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating of all aspects of work on site.
- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverable.
- To act as main technical advisor to Contractor, Sub-Contractor and other parties and ensure that all materials are going to use is meet technical design specification and proposed substitute materials, in case that designated materials can not be present.
- To resolve the technical problem that may arises during and after construction and check drawing, and other qualities to get accruable calculation.
- Set up daily and weekly report to the direct superior.
- Perform monitoring and interpretation of technical document and carry out implemented phase
General Requirement:
- At least Bachelor of Civil Marine Engineering
- At least 8 years applicable experience in Marine Work/Construction of oil & gas industry.
- Good knowledge in Computer; such as MS. Office and MS. Project
- Have excellent engineering, interpersonal, planning and scheduling skills.

QA/QC ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibility:
- Ensure that the work is performed to produce deliverables in a professional and high quality manner and in complete accordance with company's and acceptable industrial Codes and Standards for Construction.
- Development and implementation of a project quality assurance plan, preparation of an audit program, and the implementation and maintenance of audit record.
- Must possess the qualities of character to notify project management of problem that are known to exist and may by re-occurring, and even to stop the work if necessary in order to take corrective action.
- Responsible to ensure all activity or process on site is compliance with quality requirements.
General Requirement:
- At least Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area and has experience from a least 2 (two) projects similar to the above scope, specially in drill site location construction industry.
- Must have knowledge of the latest applicable industrial practices, Codes and applicable regulation and ability to learn and apply company Quality Best Practices.
- Must have good planning and organizational abilities.
- High analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Good in English, both oral and writing
- Computer literate
- Willing to work on site in Papua – Irian Jaya
- Available to join immediately
