PT. Bayu Buana Gemilang is a national private company, having its business in gas trading and distribution. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are looking for young professional, who is committed to be part of our team as :
Human Resources Staff (Temporary)
THE JOB:
· Responsible in handling day-to-day human resources administration, including but not limited to applicant database, employee database, training and development, payroll, medical benefit program, and other personnel administration such as employment agreement, attendance as well as leave records.
· Maintain human resources filing.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum D3 from any discipline.
· Minimum 2 years experience in handling human resources administration, having experience in human resources information system is advantage.
· Age between 21 to 25 years old.
· Able to communicate in English.
· Computer literacy: MSWord, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.
· A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.
