We are one of Indonesia's largest one-stop shopping and entertainment center in west district of  Jakarta. Currently, we are looking for highly dedicated and qualified applicant to fill several positions of :

 

1.       Business Development & Admin Support ( Staff )

·         Female min 25-30 years old

·         Min S1 Majoring Statistic

·         Able to use MS Office/Power Point

·         Administration Skill, English Skill

·         Personality : Taught, Fully Responsible throughfull & Neat

·         Willing to work overtime ( Night or Weekend )

 

General Job Description

·         To organize GMO's administration such as : Meeting arrangement, Minutes of Meeting, Filling & Distribution, Tracking action plan of dept – Operations)

·         To assist BD's task especially in survey, data collecting ( secondary data )

2.       Tenancy & Building Design Manager

·         Male / female 25-35 years old

·         Min S1 Architect (preferable abroad / foreign graduates)

·         Min 3 years experience in property management, developer, architectural field

·         Good command of English – both spoken & written

·         Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs

·         Highly motivated & has pleasant personality

·         Familiar with shopping center design interior

·         Leadership, Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Teamwork

 

            General Job Description :

·         Controlling and monitoring all design issues and project activity in Supermal Karawaci and to ensure the process of fit out tenancy is well-organize and comply with Supermal Karawaci regulations, including keeping tenancy Rent Commencement Date (RCD).

·         To manage and assists tenants on developing and improving the shop (design) presentation.

·         To create and develop relationship with tenants and its representatives.

·         To coordinate both parties, between Supermal Karawaci Management's and Tenant's team during fit out period.

·         To maintain Tenant Rent Commencement Date (RCD) to stay on schedule.

·         To develop, review and approve any kind additional tenants design and mall design issues.

·         To control space provision and maintain design ambience of Supermal Karawaci.

·         To type and correspondence internal & external letter and memo.

·         To prepare as built drawing of SK.

·         To interact with tenants, designers and contractors.

·         To cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other Department.

 

3.       Tenancy Design Coordinator

·         Male/Female min.25-30 year old

·         Min D3. Majoring in Interior Design/Architecture

·         Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 1 year experience in Shopping Center/Consultancy Design)

·         Able to use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs

·         Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.

 

General Job Description

·         Report to TBD Ass. Manager and review drawing and quality control for all design issue and project activity in Supermal Karawaci and to ensure the process of fitout tenancy is well organized and comply with SMK regulation, including keeping tenancy RCD.

·         To interact with tenants, designers and contractors

·         To cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other Department

·         To provide design development and improvement of Supermal Karawaci

·         To coordinate both parties, between Supermal Karawaci's Management's and Tenant's during fit out periode

·         To support drawing & data enquiry for other related department

·         To provide design assistance and review of any kind additional tenant design

·         To maintain Tenant Rent Commencement Date (RCD) to stay on schedule

·         To review and conduct tenant closing process, assisting retail department

·         To type and correspondence internal & external letter and memo

·         To manage & organize drawing filing system

·         To manage and assist tenants on developing and improving the shop (design) presentation

·         To create and develop relationship with tenants and its representatives

·         To provide and control fitting out & design development report

 

4.       Building Designer

·         Male/Female min.25-30 year old

·         Min S1. Majoring in Architecture

·         Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 2 years experience in Shopping Center/Consultancy Design)

·         Able to use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs, 3D max /3D illustrator, animasi design

·         Able to work in tight deadline

·         Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.

 

General Job Description

·         Develop the building design.

·         Visit the building site to get an idea of what the location looks like, consider the appearance of surrounding building before begin the design

·         Focus on the appearance and shape of the building

·         After the design is approved by the user / superior, building design create the detailed blueprints that will be used to build the structure based on the chosen design.

·         Discuss with the user / superior over the building purpose, materials and budget

·         Brainstorm & create a sensational building design

 

5.       Illustrator

·         Male min.25-30 year old

·         Min S1. Majoring in Interior Design/Architecture

·         Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 1 years experience in Shopping Center/Consultancy Design)

·         Able to use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs, 3D max / 3D Illustrator

·         Able to work in tight deadline

·         Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.

·         Develop the sketches, art impression.

·         Brainstorm & create drafts of ideas

·         Communicate & interpret the design ideas clearly by making the animation

·         Think creatively and use imagination to produce a sensational design

 

6.       Drafter

·         Male min.25-30 year old

·         Min STM Majoring in Interior Design/Architecture

·         Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 1 year experience in Project)

·         Able to use MS Office, Able to use CAD (Computer Aided Design) Programs

·         Able to work in tight deadline

·         Cooperative, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Creative in Design.

 

General Job Description

·         Make & develop as build drawing and its technical specification

·         Receive drawing request & deliver the final as build drawing

·         Coordinate with related dept (ME)

·         Make BQ (Bill of Quantity)

 

7.       QC / QS (Quantity Surveyor and Quality Control)

·         Male min 25-35 year old

·         Min S1. Majoring Engineering

·         Min. 5 year experience in project / tender

·         Able to use MS Office

·         Good command of English – both spoken & written

·         Highly motivated & has pleasant personality

·         Familiar with hotel/shopping center system

·         Leadership, Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Teamwork

 

General Job Description

·         Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality

·         Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;

·         Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;

·         Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;

·         performing risk and value management and cost control;

·         advising on procurement strategy;

·         identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;

·         preparing and analysing costings for tenders;

·         allocating work to subcontractors;

·         providing advice on contractual claims;

·         analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;

·         valuing completed work and arranging payments;

·         maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;

·         understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

 

8.       Hospitality & Aesthetic Manager (Duty Manager)

·         Male min25-35 year old

·         Min S1. Majoring in Hotel , prefer have design background

·         Min. 3 year experience in Shopping Center/ Hotel min 4 star

·         Able to use MS Office

·         Good command of English – both spoken & written

·         Highly motivated & has pleasant personality

·         Familiar with hotel/shopping center system

·         Leadership, Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Teamwork

·         To handle/manage 50% of MOD duties
