Now seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the following position:
Training Officer
Responsibility : identifying training and development needs within anorganization through job analysis, deliverytraining, producingtraining materials and module for in-house courses
Requirement :
- Age between 23 - 28years old
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology/ Human Resource Management/HospitalityManagement
- Min. 1 year as Trainer in retail company.
- Excellent command in English and computer skills
- Have good understanding of Human resources competencies and focus to HRaspect
- Able to build training module, training need analysis and delivery training.
Visual Merchandiser Staff (VM)
Responsibility :
display in the store as per guidelines from principle, create concept windowdisplay, design signage/POP.
Requirement :
- Age between 22 - 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Designer, or FashionDesign.
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge about display and fashion
- Creative and dynamic person
- willing to work in flexible hour
Store Supervisor For Fashion
Responsibility :
The incumbent would be responsible formanaging commercial and operational aspects in many new stores / assigned floorin order to achieve sales target.
Requirement :· Bachelor'sDegree in any field
· Havingmin. 1 years experience in the same role
· Preferablyfrom retail / hospitality industry
· Goodcommunication skill and able to speak in English fluently
· Possessleadership skill and ability to manage a group of Sales Assistant
· Possess good customer service and drivein achieving sales target
· Willingto work in shift schedule
Store Manager ForFashion
Responsibility :
- Managing all crew ( schedule and target )
- Conduct promotion from marketing
- Monitoring target achievement
- Making daily report and monthly report
- Doing weekly meeting to solve the problem as soon as possible
- Handling complain from customer
- Responsible for sales and stock
- Making strategic sales target
Requirement :
- Age between 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Min. 2 years experience as Store Supervisor/Manager in retail company
- Fluent in English is a must
- Possess leadership skill, good customer service and drive in achieving sales target
- Willing to work under shift schedule includingPublic Holiday
