Reporting to the Senior Supervisor - Mining, this position will be responsible to supervise and assist in day to day OB stripping, coal mining and reclamation activity in a given area to achieve production target in a safe environment ; Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results ; Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times ; Communicate openly and honestly at all times
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of site experience and previous supervisory experiences ; Good time management and problem solving ; Good communication skill in English and Bahasa.
