Please find below details for the subject position for a reputed and leading Joint Venture FINANCIAL SERVICES Company:

Senior Business Manager

Responsibilities:

Part of a team guiding and transforming the business using Lean / Six Sigma techniques and methods
Involved an all aspects of deploying Lean / Six Sigma including training, education, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, and progress reporting
Provide Statistical analysis of metrics in support of lean / Sig Sigma events
Deal with Senior Level Executives as well as Lean / Six Sigma Champions, Sponsors, and team members

Qualifications:

Male, max 40 years old
At least 7 years experience in process improvement include Lean / Six Sigma deployment experience in a service
Lead and / or a key player in facilitating groups through Lean-Kaizen events in a service setting
Extensive Working experience as part of a larger team
Six Sigma Master Black Belt
