Secretary/Personal Assistant to Expat Managing Director 2. Secretary to Sourcing General Manager Position Purpose: Provide personal administrative support and assistance to Managing Director Requisition: The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important. Accountabilities: Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meeting. Arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary, both corporate and personal for the Managing Director. Qualifications: Female, max: 35 years Min: Diploma 3 Degree Proficient in English 3+ years experience as Executive Assistant supporting at the executive level Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings Must be professional in all aspects including appearance, demeanor, attitude, and reliability. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management A high degree of organization, excellent written and communication skill, organization, professionalism, good telephone etiquette, discretion and excellent customer relation. Ability to work immediately. Willingness to help with other administrative tasks as requested from time to time by Managing Director.
