Responsibilities
- Establish business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts (particularly bakery).
- Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis.
- Maintain debtor control and responsible for the P/L of key accounts.
- Recommend food solutions to superior and/or food services head on major business, market opportunities and operational issues.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on category analysis and account performance in all areas including sales, profit, shelf management and promotional effectiveness.
- Prepare account budget & planning annually, and update its forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Train and develop the sales representatives to support business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, has culinary exposure would be advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience as key accounts on bakery business.
- Has expertise in sales & promotion, merchandising & product/channel profitability.
- Industry background: dairy, food product or FMCG.
Responsibilities
- Prepare work planning, monthly sales target and its implementation
- Provide information about competitor product.
- Provide regular monthly sales reports, including sales opportunity.
- Maintain relationship & sales volume to the assigned channels, i.e. bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafe.
- Work closely with the Foodservices Channel and Technical team for product demos and promotion activities.
- Control stock availability both in distributor and outlets.
- Plan to do business development in the area through joint promo or demonstration
Qualifications
- Has a degree in Hotel & Tourism.
- Understand recipes development/cookery.
- Able to conduct product demo to customer.
- 1-2 years experience as sales supervisor.
- Background from FMCG, food or diary industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Medical Representative team
- Establish a business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts.
- Identify and select high potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis.
- Prepare account budget & planning, and update forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct effective 4S (Sales Call Process) and negotiation skills.
- Presents products or business proposal in professional manner to gain and meet customer's trust and demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Experience minimum 1-2 years as Medical Sales Supervisor or minimum 3 4 years as Medical Representative.
- Must have excellent relation with local and international hospitals, medical care, maternity hospital, pregnancy group, medical doctors, pharmacy and other entity related for demand creation
- Background from dairy or pharmaceutical.
