[Head-Hunter] Corporate Financial Manager needed ASAP

 

Our client is a leading and well-known Indonesia Group of Company in the Real Estate and Development field is willing to hire:

Corporate Financial Manager


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for fund raising operations
  • Establish relation-ship with the financial institutions and expected investors
  • Prepare financing contracts and ensure that the company receives the best conditions and terms
  • Find the best methods to cover the cash deficit 
  • Invest the excess cash balance
  • Serve as liaison between the Company and financial institutions
  • Provide technical assistance for various third-parties in respect of providing the financial data and analysis
  • Analyze company's financial position with respect of profits and trends

Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable university, MBA is a plus
  • At least 7 years experience in the same position in financial groups, preferably with multi national or large local organizations 
  • Strong analytical skills , multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of automated accounting systems (SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Self-motivated and results-driven professional
