Business Development Manager  (BDM) Responsibilities: Generating revenue and meeting financial targets by increasing Customer base Inside Indonesia by targeting new clients and approaching corporate and companies Maintain and expand a wide client base in the Indonesian Market Co-ordinate meetings with potential clients Conduct presentations to clients Share in setting and implementing marketing plans Preparing periodic report for the new accounts Discuss the client's hiring needs with the recruiters following up recruitment procedures.
