[Job-Vacancy] Vacancies at Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia

 

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The Partnership works closely with national and international community to initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in Indonesia .

The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership.


Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following positions:

 

1.              Project Officer for Integrity and Anti Corruption in Public Service, Public Service Governance Cluster (PO – IAC)


Functions / Key Results Expected
Project Management:

• Carry out tasks relating specifically to program coordination, including supporting effective working relationships between the Partnership, PMU and implementing partners. This will also include supporting the PMU in organizing and scheduling meetings, as required.
• Carry out Project Management Unit's functions in relation to the selected implementing partners to support the realization of project activities, including providing support to the management of financial resources allocated, maintaining accounting systems that contains records and controls sufficient to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project financial information and reporting.
• Prepare, plan, provide substantive input, and implement Public Service Governance Programs; particularly related to the Objective 2 of Lead Indonesia Program (5 components).
• Support program management, including support and facilitation to management unit for assigned activities as well as providing guidance on unit management.

Program Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
• Provide support on accounting systems that contains records and controls sufficient to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project financial information and reporting, which will ultimately be reported to donors.
• Ensure the systematic filing system including in line with audit requirement, including the completion of the program in accordance with standard procedures.
• Responsible for reporting of program progress (including financial status).
• Conduct monitoring of program activities, including through field visits, to assess overall program implementation with respect to project objectives, outputs, indicators and, when necessary, suggest corrective measures to be undertaken and reported to the Program Manager.

Program Networking and Partnership:
• Liaising effectively with and win the confidence of a wide range of actors, particularly with the National Development Planning and Implementing Agency (Bappenas), State Ministry of Administrative Reform (Kempan), KPK, provincial and municipal government, the civil society organizations, universities, media, citizen's groups, and the Governmental Ministries related to Anti Corruption and Integrity issues.
• Participate in locating the Partnership at the heart of a network of individuals and organizations supporting Public Service Governance Area, both governmental and non-governmental (including corporate sector).

Cluster Portfolio Maintenance:
• Engage with various stakeholders to support Public Service Governance Program, particular stakeholders engage in the empowering the civil society in the policy making process.
• Generally in all his/her activities support the Work Plan of the Partnership's PSG Cluster and promote the objectives of the Partnership in this field.
• Provide support in reviewing Public Service Governance program proposal and implementing partners' project proposals, particular in the area of civil societies' empowerment and engagement in the policy making process.
• Provide support in the development of new PSG programs and maintaining current PSG Program portfolio, particularly in the area of civil service reform.

2.              Project Assistant for Integrity System and Anti Corruption in Public Service, Public Service Governance Cluster (PA ISAC)
