We offer wide range of excellent products to our nation-wide corporate and end-user customer.

Now we embark on a journey of enthusiastic search for modern challenges and greater opportunities for position:

Automotive Technical Support (TS)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and trouble shooting automotive product for customer satisfaction.
• Able to train customer technically for automotive product installation.
• Presentation and negotiation for automotive marketing.
• Prepare administration and required documents.

Requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years-old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical / Automotive, Electrical or equivalent.
• Able to do front man with good communication skill (handling automotive customer).
• Able to tune up and do routine service (regular maintenance) in gasoline machine and diesel automotive.
•  Able to analyze the damage (trouble shooting) for various tasks (gasoline machine and diesel, power train, steer, break and suspension, engine and body electrical, alarm, lamp).
•  Able to do workshop administration with computerized system (MS Office: esp. Visio) and good at technical design.
