1. Male, minimum 28 years old
2. Bachelor degree in any discipline
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
4. Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company, HR Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.
5. Highly motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and in teams
6. Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
7. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
8. Good interpersonal skill
9. Good leadership
10.Problem solver
11.Hard worker and able to work in a flexible schedule
12. Ready to work in early January 2011
