JCI Executive Search International's client, a growing lighting main distribution company, is currently seeking for the following position:
BRANCH/SALES MANAGER
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Leading sales operations to traditional markets
Collecting and analyzing all sales and market intelligence data
Developing and analyzing monthly business performance and sales pattern for BOD preview
Responsible for operational issues, including Finance, logistics & HR
Monitoring and tracking A/R's
Maintaining good relationships with customers
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree Holder
Experience in lighting industry/electronics/FMCG, specially to traditional markets
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong PC skills.
Ability to manage multiple plans and associated tasks
Experience working within a team environment
Presentation skills
